Captive By The View

Prompt: "I flip the lock on the back door, peer through the screen and am held captive by the view."

I wish I could see mountains like the ones in the TV Show Heartland but I live by fields in Indiana and they can be pretty and green. There are woods I can see a mile off. My parents have woods behind them and when the moon is full, this is a scary sight. It is nice in the daytime. We have 2 acres of yard and it is green this time of year. I have animal ornaments, gnomes, fairy, deer and these are cute. It would be nice to see a castle, Downton Abbey, a bridge and pond. Sure beats the city. I would hate to see alleys, buildings and anything city. I will keep my country view.
