The Day of Glory

Jalál (Glory), 19 Raḥmat (Mercy) 177 B.E. Saturday, July 11, 2020

"I have wakened in Thy shelter, O my God, and it becometh him that seeketh that shelter to abide within the Sanctuary of Thy protection and the Stronghold of Thy defense. Illumine my inner being, O my Lord, with the splendors of the Dayspring of Thy Revelation, even as Thou didst illumine my outer being with the morning light of Thy favor."

This is the Day of Glory,
it's the first day
of a Wondrous3 week,
it's another day to wake in God's shelter,
to give thanks for the sanctuary of divine protection,
and give praise to the Creator
through Baha'u'llah,
the Glory of God.

Today is the last of of the Month of Mercy;
at sunset
another Wondrous month begins.

I raise my voice in praise
of the Glory of God,
I ask forgiveness of my sins,
and pray for another day
to proclaim the Glorious Lord.
