What is social convention?

Laura Loomer was very curvacious.
She liked to wear her bikini at work.
It was very hot and humid in the plastic factory.
So, the management allowed less clothing.
The men wore tank tops and shorts.

But, this attire would not be acceptable at an office job.
Although, Laura occasionally would be called to the manager's office.
Wear she and the manager would remove their clothing.
It was consequential sex.
Nevertheless, they got fired by a corporate executive.
