Are we all a dream in the mind of God?

"Dreams have deceived many. and they have failed that put their trust in them."
(Leviticus 19:26)
On the other hand, scripture mention dreams as a means of Diven revelation,
as in the dreams of Abimelech, Jacob, Solomon, Nabuchodonosor, Daniel,
Saint Joseph and Jesus and the Apostle Paul.
