A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
My Best Friday Ever, I’m Sure I wrote twenty-three single paragraphs for my Water Wars scriptwriting project yesterday at work. And that includes three Establishing Shots. But it’s even better than that. I also finished Teaser Act Two. Don’t ask me how I wrote that many. Because I don’t know how I did it. After I got to work, I took out my writing supplies and started writing. Once I started, I couldn’t stop myself. Of course, I did stop for work. But even that didn’t slow me down that much. Even though it was very, very busy at work yesterday. Not as much as it has been lately on a Friday. But still very busy. I’m kind of surprised that I got that many single paragraphs written on this movie Scene Outline. Especially, considering that it was so busy at work yesterday. But I did it. I may never know how I did it. And I don’t really care how. All that I care about right now is that I did do it. Like I wrote above, once I started writing I couldn’t stop doing it. Except for when I was working. It was like my fingers took over. And the lead from my pencils just appeared on the paper. I know that reads very weirdly. And it is. But that’s how it feels to me. I just hope that I can do the same thing today. And there is always a very good chance that I can do it. Not just because it’s Saturday. It’s also because if I can do it during a weekday, there is no reason why I can’t do it on a Saturday too. Then again, maybe not. After all, I haven’t been doing it too well for the last few weekends. There’s a very good chance I won’t be able to do it today either. A lot of how much writing I get written depends a lot on work. And how bad it gets there. If it’s like a normal Saturday when it’s not too busy, I may be able to get quite a bit of writing done on this project. And if it isn’t that normal, then I may be lucky if I get ten to fifteen written.
