Not Much, But a
Little Bit Better

Yes, I know that this blog entry for today is a little bit later than it usually is for my second day off from work. In fact, it’s more like a first day off. But there is a very good reason why I haven’t got too much written for my second scriptwriting project, The Problems with Death.

That reason is the normal one that happens during my days off from work. I have been very busy doing things today that stopped me from doing too much writing today. Don’t get me wrong. I did get a little bit written on this project today. But it wasn’t much. Only a few single paragraphs got written. A lot more than I thought that I would get done.

I didn’t think that we needed to do anything today. That I would have plenty of time to work on this project. But I was wrong. Well, that isn’t exactly true, though. It’s true, that I didn’t have too much time to continue working on The Problems with Death. But I did have a little bit of time.

The only good news about today is that all of what needed to be done was at our new place. We still have a few things that we need to do to make this our final place to live. For the past seven years since our oldest brother died, we have moved four or five times. That isn’t going to happen again. Not unless we win the lottery. Without even playing it.

Yes, I know that I have probably written that a lot. If I haven’t, I’m sure I have thought about doing it. But it’s true this time. I’m not going to move again unless something big happens in my life. Like winning the lottery big time or selling one of my projects. I think that I have a better chance with the second one, though.
