A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
No, I Didn’t Almost Mess Up Again As you can see from the Time Set on this blog entry I didn’t wait until almost the last second to post it. That I didn’t take the chance of missing another blogging day. That’s because I didn’t. I have a very, very good reason why I have waited almost too long to write and post this blog entry. And that reason is I did a double shift at work yesterday. I’m getting way too old to be doing a double shift at work. But in the Security business, I can’t leave my post until I am relieved. So, I had no choice but to do one. And I never want to do that again. At least not during the week. It was extremely busy during that second shift. In fact, it was so busy that I couldn’t have gotten any more writing done even if I want to do it. That’s how busy I was. It’s not all bad news. I didn’t get a lot of writing done on my first shift yesterday at work. But I did get eight single paragraphs written for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That may not read like a lot. And it isn’t. But considering it was done on a weekday, eight is very good. Especially, since none of them were Establishing Shots. Because of the double shift, I didn’t have to go to work today. That’s why I could wait until now to do this blog entry. Unfortunately, my double shift also stopped me from doing any writing today. Because of it, I didn’t get too much sleep this morning. True, I tried to make it up this afternoon. But I didn’t get too much more. As a result of not getting more sleep, I probably won’t be doing any more writing before I go to sleep tonight. I will write and post my next blog entry for tomorrow. But I’m not sure when I will be doing it. If I wake up during the night, I may write it then. Then I can post it when I wake up in the morning or I can write and post it once I wake up. The only problem with that is will I have enough time to post it before I go to work? I haven’t decided which way I’m going to do it yet. But I will probably be the first one.
