Faith and Certitude!

Which is the path to a lighting mind?

And Jesus said, "Obey or I will kill you."
(Luke 19:27)
Why would he say that?
Jesus believed he was the Messiah.
Jesus believed he was more than the new King of Isreal.
He said, "I and the father are one and the same."

Today the secular world would label him a religious fanatic.
Ciafast called Jesus a blasfemer.
Pontius Pilot condemned Jesus to death for sedition.
In ancient Rome to deny the absolute authority of Rome was sedition.
Pontius Pilot asked Jesus if he was a king.
Jesus answered, "It's you who say I am."

Why did Jesus float away on a cloud?
Is that where dead people go?
Maybe Jesus was time traveling to the future.
Maybe Jesus was a myth told by magical Jews.
If I told you I met Jesus, would you believe me?
I would have no physical evidence, only Jesus' word.

Reflection~People can believe anything.
That's why there are so many religions.
And that's why there are so many Christian denominations.
Islam is the largest faith in the world.
Should we all convert to Islam?
