Maybe It was Partially the Weather

There is no excuse for what happened yesterday at work when it comes to my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I am to blame for what didn’t happen yesterday. it was all my fault that I only got seven single paragraphs written in an eight- hour shift. That’s bad. It’s almost as bad as the last three days at that other post. Only I had an excuse for those three days. I didn’t for yesterday.

I was at what used to be my normal post. So, I should have been able to do at least ten of them. If not, a whole lot more considering it was a Saturday. But I didn’t. And I don’t understand why I didn’t. I got plenty of sleep the night before. So, I don’t think that’s the reason. And it wasn’t work. I’m sure of that. It was a very normal day at work yesterday. No, it wasn’t very busy at all.

It wasn’t very cold yesterday at work. True, it was in the upper forties to the middle fifties. And that is can be very cold to me. Especially, when it comes to my gout. It wasn’t affecting me while I was at work. But I think that it has been since I got home, though. After all, it sure does feel like it has. My recent possible gout isn’t what I’m trying to refer to when it comes to the weather yesterday.

What I’m trying to write about isn’t about my future gout or how cold it was yesterday. It was the weather itself. The weather wasn’t just a little bit cold it was also raining all day yesterday. True, it was only a light rain. But it was raining. And that can affect my gout. It can also affect my writing. That’s why I think the weather was partially to blame for my not getting more written yesterday.

Like I wrote above, there is no excuse for me not getting more written on this project. And I am to blame for what didn’t happen yesterday at work. But the weather may have been a minor blame for it too. When it’s cold outside I don’t write as much as I should. Maybe it’s my disability. And maybe it isn’t. but I have a lack of concentration during the cold months of the year.

According to my weather APP on my cell phone, the weather won’t be a problem today. Except for it being sunny out the first few hours of my shift. So, there is no reason why I shouldn’t get a lot more writing done today on the first episode of this project. But I’m not counting on anything until it happens. Especially, after yesterday. It should be that bad today. And I hope that it isn’t. But it could be.
