So we know a few things now... or do we? Continuation of The Empress's Man (Book 2). |
John runs from his past but how far will he go? New friends. New enemies. New plot. Eat more bread. P.S. If you are new to this series, you will probably want to read the Slayer first. Wait, not probably. You SHOULD read it first. Otherwise you will have a confused look permanently fixed to your face and then I'd be responsible for mass amounts of people going to the hospital.

***NEWS*** 8/10/2007 @ 15:48 Wow. Been a long time. Well, here is my new project:
Don't ask why I made a new account... I actually don't remember why. This series (The Empress's Man) is on hold until I get the time to edit The Slayer to my liking. Learning from my mistakes, I think this new series (The Academy) will be much better.... and hopefully history won't repeat itself. I'd like to think I've learned. ryc 6/21/2007 @ 12:42 PM Just wanted to say that I haven't stopped visiting WDC, in fact I still do daily, I'm just on a long hiatus for writing. I've been tossing around the idea of a new series, but I've also been itching to finish this one. *shrugs* Only time will tell I guess. Haven't had much free time the past month or so, but hopefully things will slow down now that I'm getting life in order, so to speak. 3/3/2007 @ 7:47 PM A whole month gone by and my previous promise wasn't held up. Big surprise. I've been dancing around a different story idea. Call me fickle but I'm not as sure of where I'm going with The Slayer and The Hunter... or even if The Slayer was done right from a story direction point of view. Sigh, I'll probably never be happy with my writings. Whats the point? Still waiting for THAT story to come by, know what I mean? Thought I had found it with The Slayer but not so sure anymore. Either I need to redefine/rewrite it from the beginning or start fresh. Thinking more the later. Will keep you all posted on what I end up doing--if I can even stick to that decision. When did I get so fickle? See you next month (probably). ryc |
