Prompt: Who ordered the Polar Votex?

On General Hospital, the Cassadines were responsible for the weather machine and it was bad news. The weather was cold and snow and all bad weather. Luke and Laura saved the day by going unto the basement of the lab. They shut it down. They were heroes along with Scorpio who was with them. I love soaps and they can do anything!

I heard Obama had a weather machine. I won't discuss politics. I wouldn't put it past him or some bad politicians.

I don't think we can control the weather. Maybe aliens? I am going to say God. I am praying it all let's up. I want spring. This is food for thought.
