It is the toughest thing facing the first Mother's Day without your mother. I still miss my mom so much and it will be 12 years in July. So hard to believe. Thinking about you in these difficult times.

I got a new purse and a couple of necklaces. I got a free tote. We did some more shopping and it was a good day. Mom and I bought a friend along one time. Mom and I went every year. We drove past the lighthouse. It is red and very nice. My cousin promised me, she and I will go to Lake Michigan and shop. Mom's spirit will be with us. A way for me to go forward. I miss her.
