Two best friends meet to find out they missed their chance of a lifetime.
This is the short story I've been working on over Christmas. It's about two women realizing the missed their chance of a lifetime after meeting again ten years after their high school graduation. The topic is something that's dear to my heart, as I've always wondered how people of different sexual orientations try to fit into society. I planned of having this piece as a short story, but the more I think about it, I could make it into a book. Let me know what you think: Should I leave it as is or should I make it into a novel?
