Who is Alexander Fount?

In 2061 the infamous computer programmer Alexander Fount is tapped by the World Governance to carry out a task he had been censured for not a decade prior. His task, to create an independent artificial intelligence, carries with it the weight and fate of the world. Crippled by a finite global currency and the bereucracy of their democratic system the WG is unable to determine a prudent response to the impending threat of Lucifer; a massive comet knocked onto a course that has Earth as its finish line. To determine a fair and effective solution to the problem quickly the WG charges Alexander with the task of creating an IAI program that can make a quick and effective decision for them.
