"Spiritual Newsletter (April 13, 2016)" Open in new Window.

I've been saying this for years! I meditate all the time and my prayer life had gotten better b/c I approach it like meditation and not just "please bless this and help me with that". I even titled my blog 'reflections' for this reason, it could just as easily be 'meditations.

In regards to the "Spiritual Newsletter (May 15, 2013)" Open in new Window. comment: I started writing this part of my story (hidden somewhere in the recesses of my blog, see "Chapter ?: Waking Up" Open in new Window.) but haven't finished. I do however have at least one short story based off part of my experience; "Getting To Know You" Open in new Window.
