| It’s been so long! Twelve days! I wrote for an hour. And I memorized a new verse. The Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not pray as we ought. But the Spirit makes intersession for us with groaning that cannot be uttered. He that searches the heart knows the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intersession for the saints according to the will of God. I’ve been too distracted by WA. It’s like a real job. It requires long hours of time. I’ve been trying to so WA in the early morning then do WdC stuff and writing. I read for just over an hour as well. I got through three short chapters. I left off reading on a cliff chapter called “Intruders.” Nothing very important has happened in those three chapters. The name “Intruders” sounds promising. So, I made a Facebook page. When I was creating it, I got two options: personal or business. As I will be marketing the book, I figured it was for a business. Then I got this message that said only an official representatives may use it commercially. In order to figure this out, I tried many sites like chatrooms or relevant business phone numbers. Eventually, I posted a question on WdC tech-support. I was told it was off topic and was instructed to go to Facebook support. It did not help. Then a fellow WdC member commented on my post. She said there is such a thing called an author page. I got back to her asking if I should delete my regular page and make an author page. I’m still waiting for her response. The weeks have been well. Chad doesn’t call as much as he used to. We talked for about forty minutes earlier. He was going to his mom’s house. Some drunken lady tried to take his phone out of his hands. Chad had a knife on him and he took it out. He’s told me of similar situations. LOL. He once told me about this ugly hooker who was chasing him trying to pick up on him. I’m sure it freaked him out like crazy. Man is it hot! I planned to beat the heat and get up early to go to the gym. I flaked out. I also flaked out on Vacation Bible School. I signed up to go Monday through Wednesday but I did not show up. I hope no one will think ill of me. It was a good chance to serve the Lord. And I missed out. What else shall I speak of? I’ve decided to forego N-N-Out. It’s way too crazy and stressful. Pretty much all fast food joints are like that. But N-N-Out is the worst I’d say. We’ve prayed for a job. God wants me to be productive. Until I do get a bona-fide job, Wealthy Affiliate is my job. | Oh my goodness! What a day! I’ve been out of the house for almost six hours. The original plan was my mom and I too to see the Nebuchadnezzar statue at a church and then go out to eat. We ended up staying for the Bible and prayer; it was deep and the people there filled with God’s Spirit. We stuck around for about two hours I’d say or longer. Then we went to a restaurant called Jackson’s Bar and Grill. We used a coupon and got twenty-five dollars off a fifty dollar order. It was a digital coupon. I got a 16 oz. steak. It was just okay. It was kind of fatty. lol. My mom’s friend Sharon is staying the night. She’s not doing so well and we’re helping out in some other ways like clothes and gas money. God is moving in this household. I started to memorize a new scripture. Therefore brethren, we are not debtors to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die. But if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the flesh, you will live. Chad called me at the church. He was going to work at 4 pm and get off at 11:30 pm. He was supposed to go out to eat for Father’s Day but work got in the way. He was talking to his family about celebrating it tomorrow. But then Michael works tomorrow. I don’t know what they’re going to do. I feel sorry for Chad. I was going to sign up for Google Analytics so I could track my traffic. But when I was filing out the application, they listed cities to indicate time zones. It was preset to Los Angeles which is pacific like it is in Vegas. I had to use my phone to see the different time zones. I will sign up within the next few days. I’m still trying to get a job. I’m currently applying for IN-N-Out. A person I know of works at the location I am applying for. I told him to put in a good work in for me. Well, it’s 7 pm. I’m dead tired. Goodbye. |
| Oh my goodness! It’s been so long! What shall I write about? My grandma’s dogs are still with us. In truth I don’t want to see them go. )= My grandma is still recovering from her injury. I don’t know when she’ll be able to get them back. She can’t handle the dogs jumping all over her. My grandma gave me three-hundred dollars for my birthday. It was for taking care of her two dogs Roxy and Charlie. They’re both bundles of joy and so cute especially little Roxy. I love it when she sticks her tongue out and pants with this adorable smile. It’s also fun when anyone of us come back to the house from some place and they are so happy to see us. There is therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus who do not walk after the flesh but after the Spirit. For the law of the light of life in Christ has made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do in that it was weak in the flesh, God sent His Son in the likeness of sinful flesh that on account of sin He might condemn sin in the flesh that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk after the flesh. For those who walk after the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who walk after the Spirit set their minds on the things of the spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. For the carnal mind is enmity against God and is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Romans 8:1-8 I think I got that one. So my overall Google stats are in the up and up. So far I have no comments for my site. I need to know how to enable them. Maybe there is a plugin for comments. I’ll ask tech support. I have resolved to do a post three days a week. That may be hard though. I need to finish the basic training still. So with Wealthy Affiliate, I changed my theme. It looks a lot better. I followed the advice of a fellow member who suggested doing that. I want to know what he thinks of my site now. Well, it’s almost 7 PM. I will bid the goodnight. |
| Although I’ve been doing so little, I’m a bit out of it. I began a new post on WA. It pertains to those who compose art not just collect it. It’s about using words to give an impression on art. I read an article on the subject and I recall bits and pieces. lol. I have my memory verses in front of my calendar in the computer room. That way I can see it whenever I walk in. lol. I put one in the bathroom and I have that one down pat. So Gio called me in the morning about hanging out for my b-day. I told him to meet me at BJ’s at 10:30. I was surprised. I honestly didn’t think he would have wanted to go. The AC guy is here. There are some things that need upgrading. lol. One of the things has to do with the ventilation system. The dogs were going nuts. Nimue was doing most of the barking. We had to keep them in the master bedroom. I called the theater and Matt, the hiring guy, is not in today. But he’ll be in tomorrow at 5 pm. So I’ll call in the evening. Poor Jim was up all tired from work and then dealing with the AC guy. Tomorrow is Jim’s first day back to Caesar’s Palace. My bro Josh who lives in Denver is getting back shots. My mom just told me. His back is really been hurting him. Poor guy. He has a full plate anyway with his daughter that is one is year old. He has his wife Janna of course but still. I called Chad for a change. He was complaining about a job related issue. lol. Nothing new. It is almost in the triple digits outside. Thank heaven for air conditioning. The bad thing is that I have to get up early to go to the gym. And I can’t walk to the store. If only I drove. The handyman is getting some flowers for us at Lowe’s. My mom borrowed $20 to make $100 for the guy. Well it seems my mom and Jim will be getting their shots at the same time tomorrow. | Man am I fatigued. Wealthy Affiliate is so frustrating! I run into problems all the time – technical issues. I think I’m asking something nobody else has tried doing. I’m trying to set different background images to different pages. I was told by tech support that it involves code action and that I should get the theme provider. I don’t know how do that. I left a message with Carson, one of the head tech supporters, about my issue but he probably will not get back to me. He’s very busy. So I saw Avengers on Saturday with James and Dan. It was great. Jared didn’t come because he thought it was on a different date on the 8th. I accidently forgot to tell him. I thought I did. It was long but it went by quickly. It was a bit hard to get at points. It involves time travel and paradoxes and such. We did not go to BJs’ because they both already ate. So yesterday my mom and I made copies of my grandma’s house key. It wasn’t like last time. This time a little vending machine-like contraption did all the work. It was neat. There was a window to view them being made. We also got some irrigation sprinkler heads too. We hired a new handyman for the yard. He and his wife are Christians. I think the dude is coming tomorrow. He seems to know his stuff. I missed the gym today. I went to bed real late last night at like 11:30 PM. I was dosing off in front of the TV for a while. My mom and Jim were outside the whole time for over an hour talking. I’ve kind of walked away from games. I tried playing a few days ago and I got bored in five minutes and quit. lol. I asked if Joel if he wanted to go to me to church on one of these Sundays. He said he is always too busy to do so. Chad called me on his break. We’ve only been talking on the fly like that. I called the Santa Fe Theater and asked about the job situation. I was told to call back at 5 pm to speak to the job hiring guy. Oh Lord I pray I get this job. I’m guessing the ticket taking job is the easiest job. I might do that. Well, my mom and Jim just got back. Goodbye. |
