I played sports my whole life. Tore everything,,including biceps. They did a release, biceps tenotomy. No rehab for that. Right arm better than it was. Positive thoughts gets me through it.
Hope you get a good therapist. I got to move around and found one I liked and only booked with her.

My left arm/wrist was bothering me yesterday. I'm left-handed so I wasn't amused. I can't imagine a shoulder replacement. You'll be out of commission for a few weeks.

The English language (American English for sure) is horrible to understand, even for a native speaker such as myself. I was just watching a video about the Shavian alphabet and the effort that was made to introduce an English alphabet to get rid of most of the issues with the English language.
