Ayutthaya looks quite dreamy! Cats are fun critters. I tend to be more of a cat person than a dog person. We have to take our cat to the vet tommorrow to get bloodwork and such. She's not acting right.

Just waiting for a call back to set up a therapy session, but not too long and I may just call them as you suggest. Wow, you did a number on yourself. Sounds like you are one tough person!

Give them a call. You never know. I get a little nervous every time I wait, wonder.

I played sports my whole life. Tore everything,,including biceps. They did a release, biceps tenotomy. No rehab for that. Right arm better than it was. Positive thoughts gets me through it.

Hope you get a good therapist. I got to move around and found one I liked and only booked with her.

Still waiting for the call from Rehab. This is the dominant shoulder which makes everything somewhat more difficult, I believe. Both shoulders? Wow! Glad you made it.

Total shoulder. I empathize. Dominant shoulder repaired in 2011. The other in 2020.

Rehab’s the thing. Hope it’s easy, goes quick and well.

My left arm/wrist was bothering me yesterday. I'm left-handed so I wasn't amused. I can't imagine a shoulder replacement. You'll be out of commission for a few weeks.

Lol! Damn i have the same problem! My wife says i lack a filter, but i don't think that's it. I just prefer to get what's in my head out, so it comes right out of my mouth. Nice make-up move with the cookies, if that's what it was. Peace!

Back Room De-Stresser

I was watching the news this morning and there was a bit about Billie Eilish and her backstage puppy room where rescue dogs were kept and they could de-stress there. I was thinking about how different the backstage room would have been for a group like Motley Crew in the 80's. I am not sure what made me think of that group, but then, like a half hour later, there was a commercial with a song called Home Sweet Home, by Motley Crew. Was this a glitch in the Matrix? LOL...
