Write a letter to your younger self. Tell them about something or someone they should be wary of as they move through life and about a specific event they should look forward to.

Dear Sue
You need to find courage to be yourself. Stop trying to be a people pleaser, otherwise you’ll spend most of your life putting yourself last. Have confidence in your ability, you’re smarter than school led you to believe. You are too kind, people have a tendency to take advantage. So my advice to you is to harden up a little and be a little bit selfish.
But don’t worry you will have a lovely life, you will make your own family and they will love you dearly.
