Write a letter of complaint to the month of May.

Dear May, I’m writing to complain about your early arrival. I realise it’s considered to be better early than late but you caught me on the hop and I hadn’t yet prepared to make you welcome.
It seems as if you’re a part of a group of twelve, calling yourselves 2025. I realise you’re as yet an inexperienced group and are in a rush to prove you’re the fastest year yet, but I must warn you people will not look on you favourably if you insist in shortening the days. You might think by losing an hour here or there no one would possibly notice, but I for one and am aware of your plan. I’m writing to you to express my displeasure.
My advice to you, dear May, is to have a group meeting as soon as possible. Tell them to slow down or, mark my words, December will get ideas above her station and will fly past you all and will be in front of you all before you’ve even noticed.

So far, May, you haven’t delivered much in the way of good news either. So get a grip, pull up your socks, and do what you were born to do. Remember little April brought her showers, now all you need to do is bring forth May flowers.
