tracker Yes!! I love the details. It's why I'm such a fan of Stephen King (and why I understand when people say that they don't like it.), because I love having a picture drawn for me. So it's hard for me to step outside of that when the comfort of what I like is wrapped so tightly around me.
I have read the all dialogue pieces people have written here. Not fun for me. I want a story with a point of view and details about the locations, traditions, and stories within a story. Oh, a few of the ones I read were good because those I liked were on the humorous side. I think you have read so much in your lifetime that, like me, you never read a book that was entirely dialogue. Another good entry.
I love the idea of this letter and the way you wrote it I could see your upbringing. They were going to/already went through so much. I especially liked the way you expressed your appreciation and looking at the bright side of things you had no control over. In many ways, because of their choices, they did not have much control over their own lives. Isn't it a shame we get caught up in living, working, and being so busy it is hard to see the big picture.
🌻 thankful pwheeler nanoing Thank you! It has been a long time coming for us! We were almost afraid it wouldn't ever happen. We always seemed to be a step behind the housing market (and the rental market for that matter lol). Going from a 660 sqft apartment to our house has been the best thing in my life lately! It still feels like a dream some days.
