I thought the opening was engaging and the salutation addressed a reader. The letter takes a look at the author's life, where it was going and how it COVID had influenced change. The letters ends on an upbeat note.
Wow. Cool story...hope you plan more. I normally don't go in for sci-fi, but this story is intreging..holding my attention. From your blog, I will be visiting your pages. Thanks, Seabreeze
I like the narrative your making here? I don't know if you did more with this or if this was just a one off but I love this so much. If you did do more with this please email me at this sight or send me a link? If not I would still like to know more about you writing style.
This was vary fun short story, I had no idea what was going to happen next but I found it quite funny. I was a bit surprised at the end, but looking back I could see how all that would make sense.
I knew it was time,
For that day of the year,
When the heavens smile,
And the whole world cheers.
The first blessing fell,
Like a diamond from up above,
Light as a feather,
Blessing us with love.
And soon after,
The rest of them followed,
And blessed the earth,
As the land glowed.
A shimmering sheen,
Of white, serene divinity,
A sight so breath taking,
Forming a million smiles unwavering.
Thank you, Dear Lord,
For giving us so much
All the beauty and the strength,
And your endless love.
