Other than a couple of things, staying in didn't bother me much.
I place (tape or sew) a twister tie to the top of the mask to secure the mask to my nose; then, I put a folded soft tissue inside the mask. Strategically placed it prevents the fogging. Also, I can always change the tissue after each use.
I don't do zoom meetings with the doctors. They have to see me or the appointments have to be postponed. I am a tough customer that way.
