After 75-years on and in,(I spent a lot of time in mines), this planet I am trying to grasp what is going on. I never thought I would be referring to the 1990’s as the good old days. Pandemic, mass shootings, crime, homelessness, war, we seem to have it all.. It is a veritable cornucopia of catastrophes. It could be a massive case of Karma coming for us. “Run for the hills” may never have been more profound. |
When is enough enough July 9, 2022 at 6:16pm The recent assassination of the former Prime Minister of Japan brings to light 3- things:
1. The number of deaths caused by gun violence in Japan on an annual basis can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
2. The number of deaths caused by gun violence in the United States on an annual basis is nearing over a thousand victims.
3. The complete and total ineptitude of our government to solve a crisis that has been going on for over 30-years.
