Another week of waiting to proceed with the best treatment. All the waiting must be so nerve wracking for you. Soon, though, you'll have all the information you need to choose the best course of action with the medical team that works for you. Keeping involved helps in the healing, too. Staying positive is beneficial.
I agree with Steph, I hope they are keeping your properly medicated. It's good that you've been having sunshiny days to enjoy and can be out on your balcony with your new parasol.
WakeUpAndLive️~Go Forth📖 So sorry you're going through this. I agree, if caught early it can be quite curable. Hold on to those positive thoughts. A bit of positivity can help with healing too.
Had my colonoscopy today. Everything went well. Laxation was okay, keyhole surgery was no biggie. I was convinced I had chronic bowel inflammation.
At the end of the procedure, the doctor told me: It's bad, I have to talk to you later.
I still was clueless.
When she arrived she said: It's not good, it's cancer. You have a tumor.
Honestly, it never crossed my mind.
I think it still has to sink in.
This Thursday I have a CT scan to look for the spreading of cancer cells, if that's the case. Next week on Friday I have an appointment to talk about procedures and possibilities.
