This is a lot to read in one sitting, and I am sure I will re-read this over some time. I am all for change, but I'm afraid that we have two choices this November, and neither are good. I agree the age thing is a concern, and now that President Biden has chosen not to run for President again, the age factor rests on President (former) Trump.
I agree that VP Harris should not make the entitled mistake that Hillary Clinton did when she ran for President. I do agree with some of what she says, such as background checks for weapons; I personally feel like there is no need for assault rifles in civilian hands, as the only reason they were created was to kill people during military conflict.
I am more conservative than liberal, and I'm not a huge fan of this administration. I do admit that while there are some theories such as "border czar" and lack of charisma or visible nervous giggling, she doesn't have a criminal record, nor does she fall asleep while cameras are on her.
I would like a stabilization of home/rent costs and not having to cry every time I go to the grocery store. I'm not sure that these values are of any consequence to those on Capital Hill, and I really with there was some understanding between those who "have" and those who "have not".
Anyway, like I said, I appreciate you taking the time to listen, and I wish I had better answers for this election.
