I have started a new food adventure and am sharing my recipes here, so you can enjoy them if you wish and so I can refer back to them and make them again. Basically, I'm giving you access to my online personal cookbook.
🐟Now, I'll do my best to include photos, but I can't promise I'll remember to snap a picture for every single recipe. My port isn't that big!
🥗The diet I'm following focuses heavily on clean, whole foods. Heavy on veggies and modest on meats. The meats they focus on are chicken, fish, seafood and lean pork. They discourage red meat, but since I tend to become anemic, I will use it occasionally.
🍄The recipes they recommend primarily fall into either large dinner salads, stir fries, wraps or soups.
