Title Needed (Untitled)

After a car wreck, a lady wakes up in a mysterious town and must find her way back home.

Main plot will alternate between:
-The main character trying to get home from this mysterious place
-And events that happen after she wakes up from the comma.

Foreshadowing will be used to tip off the reader that she may be in a comma through the story. Example (When doctors are checking up on her in the hospital she may feel the needles in her alternate world or hear the doctors talking slightly).

Main character falls in love with someone within this alternate reality and ultimately figures out that this person was the other victim in the car wreck who is coincidentally in a coma also and being treated a few rooms away in the same hospital.

I know i gave away the ending, but it leaves alot of room for many many twists. Be creative!
For example...the person she falls in love with could ultimately try and murder her. Once they both wake up the chase could progress within the hospital.
