 Poetry only contest to celebrate 10th anniversary of WdC Angel Army Group |
 Thank you iKïyå§ama  for beautiful awardIcon that graces this page  We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another. ~Luciano de Crescenzo  When I first joined Writing.Com back in November 2013 the very first group I joined was "The WDC Angel Army" . Why I did that? Well, as the quote says above, I had only one wing and I had to find the other one so I can fly. And I did. My journey was successful and I've got my wings within two months and I still have them. You can find them in my "WDC-Minja's hall of fame" folder. "The WDC Angel Army" is celebrating 10th anniversary in December this year so I decided to contribute a little bit for that special occasion. It means that this contest will be open during month of February 2016 only and it is made specifically for one purpose- to earn your wings. Yes, that is correct, you will earn your wings as well if you participate. This is a poetry about angels only contest. If any of you don't believe in angels think about how many features you saw or held in your life? Quite a lot, huh? They are reminders that angels are always near  . Their job is to keep you safe and your job is to believe in them. I want to read your best poetry about angels this month.  Poetry only, no short stories All poems MUST BE about angels only (real angels, WdC angels), be creative I won't be accepting any dark poetry about fallen angels or anything similar Poems may be written in any form you like; please see Poetry forms- shadows and light poetry Poems must not exceed E rating Line count must be written within the poem Only one entry per round All poems must be created as static item, no book entries allowed Entries to be posted as bitem link, please see "Invalid Item" for help Previously written poems are NOT allowed Editing is allowed after submission but only until the deadline Must be 10+ entries to give out all awards Deadline of the contest is February 29 at 6 p.m. WdC time Winners to be announced no later than March 15 If there are 5+ entries only first place will be awarded If there are 10+ entries all places will be awarded All winners will be nominated in the next "The Quills" Poems that catch iKïyå§ama 's attention will be added to "The WDC Angel Army" FIRST PLACE 75k awardicon ![Merit Badge in Wings of the Angel Army
