She means entries in books. In the Blog format, I think only one date/time are shown. The secondary date went away a long time ago, I don't remember when, but it's been a long while.
We did this because the creation date is essentially not terribly meaningful since when you edit, as you can change all of the content in an entry and I think it's messy to show both dates. We'll consider other options for that, though.
