Writing: Write daily - thought it is only Saturday I am already over my 5250 words for the week. I did my Morning Pages each day. I did several contest entries and challenges for WDC. I did an entry for Writer's Cramp and 2 poems for Express it in Eight. I also signed on to "Dragon Vale Hatchery and Dragon Den" and adopted a wee Dragon named Erthyt. I have begun earning points to raise her. Work through my list of things I want to work on - Although I did not add to my novel this week, I did manage to write a short piece for the Writer's Cramp and several poems. I wrote a blog but forgot to post it (to WDC), but I wrote another blog that I did post. Participate in as many writing events as I am able: Mon. 7:30 pm Joyful Living workshop Tues. 7:30 pm Artist's Date Wed. 7 pm - GWN Thurs. 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write! (if I am not supplying) Reading: Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 25 books. I have read 3 books. Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd. I am also reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn. I am reading Glow Worthy by Katie Silcox and doing the meditations that go along with it. I decided to also read the current book club choice for Enlivened - Pussy: A Reclamation. Yes, the title is uncomfortable, but the book is fabulous! Any woman interested in empowerment should read this and Glow Worthy as well. For current book club I am reading A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas. Work: I was not feeling well this week so I laid low and rested. No supply. I did work with my client on Thursday evening. Health: 8K a day - low step counts due to feeling poorly. Meditation - I have done 6 sessions so far. Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. Struggling with this. Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - I was not feeling overly well this week so I only managed one day. No eating after 8 pm. Struggled with this. No screen time after 8 pm. Struggled with this. Keep working at re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10 pm. All over the place. Other Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin. Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. I did my police report for the identity theft stuff. |
