Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). This has been a poor writing week. I managed only barely 2K of words beyond my morning pages.
I did my Morning Pages each day. Ask for guidance.
I did not check in for Dragon Vale much this week. I checked in to Habit Heroes a couple of times. I am going things, but not recording them.
Do a contest entry for WDC - one being for week 24 of I Write in 2024.
Work on various projects - poetry and novel.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 25 books. I have read 16 books.
I have currently finished reading all my book club books.
Work:
Be ready to supply each day. I worked four full days.
Health:
8K a day - 4 days.
Meditation Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. Struggling.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - none.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggling.
No screen time after 8 pm. Struggling
Keep working at re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 11 pm. Working at it.
Other:
Take out the Green bin and Blue Recycling bin.
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. Friday I went to buy sandals and look through Home Sense and Pet Smart.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. I need to make a list of all the things I need to address. Need to step up to this!
