Update for the week of July 29 to August 4, 2024
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). My guess it that I will get around the 4500 word mark this week.
I did my Morning Pages each day, but I did not ask for guidance.
I have been doing my check ins for Dragon Vale and Habit Heroes each day since the beginning of the new month - August.
Do a contest entry for WDC - one being for week 31of I Write in 2024. ( I am still one week behind).
Work on various projects - poetry and novel.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 12 pm Mastermind (Covvertkit) *X* forgot ; 6 pm Accountability Call with Julie *Checkg*
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist's Date with Cre8tive Collection *Checkg*
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN - in person *Checkg* but nobody else was there. My mother called forgetting I had gone out for the night -- so I went home to check on her.
Thurs. 1 pm Paris - Ready, Set, Write! *X*; 3 pm Radiant Goddess. *Checkg* but I fell asleep halfway through the session.
Fri. Open Mic Night in Paris *X* - rainy day so I got into my decluttering and couldn't stop.

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 35 books. I have read 25 books.
Reading Mary Magdalene Revisited for my Enlivened Book Club - watch the replay of the meeting.
Work through The Way of The Fearless Writer by Beth Kempton

Work:
This is my two weeks off from my client. He is off to camp with his dad.
Find a way to go through this year's work and file it. Do I need to purchase a new filing cabinet? I worked my way through all the paperwork and sort and recycled. I still need to fine tune what I have done so far but it is a work in progress.

Health:
8K a day - only 1 day over and 2 days close.
Meditation - did something everyday.
Water - drink at least 1000 ml a day. I have been increasing my consumption this week.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - none this week.
No eating after 8 pm. This is still a struggle.
No screen time after 8 pm. This is still a struggle.
Continue to re-establish my bed time after time for closer to 10:30 pm. This is getting better, but it is still hit and miss.

Other:
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin. *Checkg*
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. Tuesday I went to the St; Jacobs Market. Sunday I went to a Crystal and Psychic Fair at Bingaman's. I got a palm reading and a Tarot Card Reading done. I also purchased several wonderful crystals, a necklace, a fairy hair clip, a couple of Witch books and some soothing balm. I spent a pretty penny, but I had an enormously fun time.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back. Make a list of all the things I need to address.
Help mother manage her finances and other things. Need to set boundaries (regarding her alcohol consumption) and hold to them. I may need to write them down so that she remembers them from day to day.
Declutter - I have divided the Rec Room and my Bedroom into various zones to help me break the job into smaller more manageable chunks. This week I have worked on Zone 1 and 2 in the basement and Zone 1 in my bedroom. Each zone is not complete, but I have made some serious progress and feel rather productive.
