Prompt-less Sponsorship Contest

This contest is for the general, all around writer who doesn't stick their writing to fill prompts. I also think that everyone can gain from a little exposure.

RULES: An unfortunate necessity but it is.

Items can be any genre, any rating.

Descriptions, in the post and the item's intro, CANNOT exceed an E rating. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. VIOLATORS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND THEIR POST AND ALL FUTURE ATTEMPTS TO ENTER THIS CONTEST WILL BE DELETED.

Items must be of the Static variety. Nothing over 25kb.

All items must be works of fiction. Retelling of stories that happend in your life but changing around the names does not count. If your story does this please don't tell us, we might not notice.

Only one entry per month. Once entered the same item cannot be entered for the next month but will be eligible the following month. (Example, item A is entered in August but does not win. Item A is eligible to be entered again in October.)

First place entrys are banned from re-entering. First place winners are illelgible to enter again for six months after they win. (Example, Writer A submits Item B in August and wins. Item B cannot be entered again and Writer A cannot enter any other items until March.)

After careful consideration, and the fact that many people have asked me, previously awarded items may be entered, providing that the award wasn't first place in another contest. (i.e. 2nd, 3rd, HM, or other non-placeing awards such as an Opal Award [see the awardicon for this contest] are eligible but if your work won first in another contest, it's like it won first in this contest.)

1st place each Month: 25,000 Awardicon, 1 month sponsorship in the Sponsored Items page.

2nd place each month: 10,000 Awardicon

3rd place each month: 5,000 Gift Points
