Come yarn me a tale about a flawed character! |
Due to apparent lack of interest, this contest will be closed until further notice. Not every woman is a buxom beauty with cascading, silken hair. Not every man is a muscled, charming hunk. People have flaws--and so should the characters in our stories. Flaws can help bring a character to life. Thus, we come to the purpose of this contest: Every month I will prompt you to write a short story with a character that has a specific flaw. The best stories showing how the character uses his or her flaw wins PRIZES! Let's go over some pesky RULES: Pen a new story for this contest One entry per person per monthly prompt Sorry, no poetry or essays allowed Link your story using bitem format Your story has a 2500 word limit Post word count with your bitem link Keep ratings 13+ or lower Follow the prompt Things to Remember: Editing is allowed until the deadline.
