I have mine set to registered users and above, for two reasons:
1) That keeps my entries from showing up in (and being cached forever in) the various search engines on the Internet. (CONTROL. I maintain control. I can delete entries; I cannot delete Google's cached versions, if they're out there.)
2) I don't care who reads it, but I want them held accountable. I know that The StoryMaster doesn't tolerate abuse of members or the system - so those readers have names and information stored somewhere. I can't read it, but he can. Fair's fair - if they're going to read my personal thoughts, the least they can do is sign up on the site.
And Haizey, dammit, I live to come up in your journal. I keep trying, but you just never take the bait... LOL! So now you're saying I have to act like an ass to get a walk-on part?
