I play music while I sleep. Usually any semi-loud noise while I'm sleeping will at least keep me awake enough while I'm sleeping to be able to wake myself up before they really bad. . .If that makes any sense at all. I also just try and get as wet before bed as possible. Whenever I have night terrors I get all sweaty and I kind of burn up, and I've found if I pretty much soak my hair and my clothes with cold water before I sleep, it helps keep the night terrors away. Other than that, I'm not really sure how to fight them. I haven't had any real restful sleep for a long time. I always wake up or just don't sleep at all. That, or I push myself into a state where I'm sort of catatonic and I don't dream at all. That is just as bad though, so I try not to do that. . .
