Vitamin E is supposed to be good for scars, you can get vitamin E oil capsules. There's also special cosmetic creams you can get for covering up scars too. It depends how bad the scars are and how deep they were. Lighter scars can be covered with waterproof foundation or if they're really light a tinted moisturizer. You can use a light concealer on the scar and match the foundation to the surrounding skin to blend it in
If you can get coconut oil or cream/lotions they're good for softening scars. If the scar is Keloid, that is, thick and ropy, it is difficult to hide them cos they're usually raised up from the surrounding skin and are usually a dark red but it's not impossible, it just takes more work and more practice. Hope this helps
