...I scratched a big hole in my arm for no freakin reason. I just got bored and thought, ok, let's self injure. Gads. Now it's hurting every time I touch it and it's in a really noticeable place. Why did I do that? *is exasperated* I had a therapy appointment yesterday and we talked about it for most of the time.
