Dad just called to tell me something sweet. My family is flying out to my Aunt and Uncle's place next month for a mini-family reunion / anniversary party. My brother was talking to Dad about it tonight before he went to bed... and asked if he could come visit me instead.

Oh how I love this boy. It's comforting to hear that he misses me too.

Gosh, I'd better go reload. I've been crying so much today that between that and the heat, I'm gonna look like a raisin if I don't get a glass of water.
