Luckily, Martin was online, and for ONCE started talking to me. So we chatted about anime, and he assures me Major Series 2 will ASTOUND me.

DAMN YOU ERNIE!!! Watch the damned series I sent you!!!! You'll LOVE IT!!!

So, we're just waiting for Major 2 to air and I'll be very, very happy person. I managed to get my anime excitement out for a bit. Although, sitting int he kitchen just now, I looked at Bill and I just imagined him as an anime character. He's got that slim, wiry look that they prefer for the male characters, and he looks very boyish.

I actually asked him 'If someone offered you a Gundam machine, would you ride it?'

'Eh?'

'I mean, if someone just put one outside this building and said "here's a Gundam, it's yours", would you pilot it?'

'What the fuck's that?'

'Gundam. Like that image on your other T-shirt. It's a big robot you sit in and pilot with like handles and keyboards and so on.'

'Erm... I guess.'

'Yeah, because I just see you in one of the red Coordinator uniforms, fighting in a Gundam...'

Interrupts Louise: 'You really have to stop with your anime insanity.'

And thus ends the saga of how Densua befuddled one of her friends today. But yeah, anime's been running around and around in my mind. Martin pointed me to 'www.anime-planet.com' so I'll see if it's worth becoming a member. He'll probably be a member too and we can do all sorts of nerdy things online together. YAY!
