Are SERIOUS!!?? Flay? What a slutty messed up cow!

I mean, don't get me wrong, I'd do Kira myself, if I were 15 and stuck on a ship with my life or death being decided with every ticking second... but PUH-LEASE!

Her excuses were pathetic. 'Oooh, if I sleep with him, he'll protect me...' I prefer it when women are stronger than that. When they stand up and think 'Okay, tragedy has happened, tragedy is happening to everyone, I'm grieving for my father who's death I've had to witness... but you know, I can make a difference by actually wearing the uniform and DOING SOMETHING WITH IT!'

Frankly, I think it's more a problem with the creators. They just LOVE making women wear pink and either turn out to be a whore or have some kind of passive role... Oh God. GO AWAY FEMINISM!!!!

The captain is alright, but her ensign was awesome.

And if you want knowledge on up-and-coming stuff, check out www.anime-planet.com. A great anime at the moment to try and get hold of is Eureka Seven. It's making waves. I've seen the first 19 episodes, but waiting for my friend Martin to get me the rest when all the episodes have been fansubbed.

Erm... EarthSea? Read that when I was a kid. Was bored out of my mind. Can't remember much about it. Although, if Studio Ghibli do it, might be great. Worth checking out.

Think about it... how GREAT would it be if anime turned en masse towards the Western fantasy genre?!!! God, I'd BEG someone to do Wraeththu trilogy. It practically READS like an anime. God, and *I'D* be such an expert!! I'd be like 'Yup, read that one, read that one, read that one, yup, good anime, bad anime...'
