One of the worst things about rheumatoid arthritis, an auto immune disease, is the chronic, sometimes debilitating fatigue that accompanies the joint pain, swelling, and deformities. You deal with it the best you can but some days it feels like walking through a fog. The best thing you can do is to give in when it becomes severe. Take a nap, go to bed early during those days, and relax at home when you can.
Stress can make fatigue worse so try to minimize it. If worrying about every little thing is making you sicker then just let it go. Be kind to yourself. If you don't, the stress will rule you. Rule it and make yourself feel better.
