Step 2 sucks ass. I've had my mgs decreased and find myself puffing on Zoo's cigs while wearing the patch. Please don't preach, I know it's not healthy to do that. However, I've done the mg math and I know that my intake is much less than before. It still sucks. I've added a week of step 2 cuz I'm weak and am having a hard time. This sucks ass! Avoid alcohol, it'll make you want to smoke.
