That's what I'm trying to do. I know you have to force yourself to do things over and over again until they become a habit. I'm slowly working my way there. As far as backing things up I'm pretty good about that. I have a memory key that I keep everyting on and I generally have that with me and then I have it on my desktop and laptop at home. I keep some stuff for my eyes only on here and then of course there is alway e-mail. I find e-mailing stuff to myself is a great way to save it plus have it accessable no matter what computer I'm on.
