Writer's Fallout Shelter

Hey, i am currently (well was) on page 100 of a novel i developed. But i haven't written on it in forever. And the reason why is because i don't like it. I mean i like the characters and some of the ideas but i feel that the storyline is waaay too confusing. I kinda felt as if i piled a bunch of good ideas into one book. Which gives me no more ideas for other books. I started writing another novel to take my mind off of my first one but now i feel guilty that i didn't finish the first novel. I liked it but i just feel that the begginging needs serious improvement and that i should just rewrite the whole thing. But then again i don't even want to finish it because its just too confusing. I really need someone to tell me if i should finish my first novel. Please please please respond because i want the guilt off my chest.
