Can I use "Ya-Ya" in the title of my book??
by A Non-Existent User
(I see this is called General Discussion forum, so hope my question fits. lol.)

I have a title for a book in mind, but it does use the word Ya-Ya (like in The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood), and it refers to another "....hood", but not sister. It's a totally different topic, as well, and is mostly non-fiction. Can I legally use it without infringing on trademark/copyright issues?? I've been all over the Google search and find nothing!

Thanks. Nancy
