Yes, it would be interesting to have statistics on abortion, late term and otherwise, with patient age and reason. I did look up Dr. Tiller but did not see anything that said he included headache as a reason. I think he cites psychological reasons a lot. A lot of people seem to assume that women and girls who have abortions feel life long anguish and regret their decision. I've never heard anything other than anecdotal evidence to that effect. I've had conversations with 2 close family members about their abortions and they don't appear to have any lasting negative effects from them. I spoke to a third woman whom I met at a pro-choice rally. She was there with her husband and 2 kids. She had the abortion after she already had her second. Clearly it was not a comfortable decision for her to make but she said that if she had to relive that period of her life she would do the same thing. I'm curious why you think that a doctor should report an abortion performed on a 14 year old girl to the police. I don't think either of them are doing anything illegal.
