Let me rephrase what I think you just said. A doctor who performs a 3rd trimester abortion on a 14 year old girl should report the abortion to the police because the fetus could survive outside of the body and is able to feel pain.

It doesn't make sense to report something that's not a crime to the police. Am I missing something? If you don't like abortion you can vote accordingly but the police can't do anything about it if it's not a crime.
