You see, if a 14 year old girl gets pregnant then someone must have done something with her. Usually a boyfriend of similar age, sure, but not always. Factor in that a lot of these girls come from out of state, who has the resources to send them there? What I mean is that a lot of possible statutory rapes go unreported by Tiller and isn't that illegal?
